Beschreibung

Hello, I am Janine from Switzerland and I am travelling around the world for one year. I am taking this time to travel, explore new culture, learning new languages and of course to volunteer. I am open minded, friendly and like to help. I am 30 years old and therefore very responsible.

I have been doing several volunteering, one 10 years ago in a nature conservation project in an Irish Nationalparc, one this year in a Spanish school in Cusco and my last one in a guesthouse/cultural and language exchange in Japan.

I have been working in insurance before quiting my job. Even if I am used to work in a office I love to be busy doing different task which do not include a screen, for example outside in nature, on a farm or in a hostel. I am a fast learner.

My hobbies are all kind of sports: running, yoga, hiking and skiing
I love to cook and learn to cook new dishes. Also I love learning new languages. I speak German, French, English and just learned Spanish.

I have a business school education and work as an executive assistant (PA) at an insurance company.

I enjoyed cooking and volunteered in a forest in Ireland 10 years ago.

I helped with my administrational and organisational skills in a Spanish school in Cusco in February 2025.

I have shared my culture and practiced English with the locals in a small "cultural exchange space" in Japan.

I cleaned and housekeeped in a guesthouse in Japan (same Workaway).

I'm a resilient person and a fast learner.
