Hello! I am starting a year-long journey in South and Central America at the end of December 2025. I am starting the new year in Brazil!

I love the concept of Workaway. I want to experience living in different places and experiencing different cultures. Traveling and exploring is fun, but to call a place home for a short-time is something else entirely. Through Workaway, I want to change up the pace off my life and give myself new inputs. I want to learn from others and teach where I can, make mistakes and learn from them, laugh and make other people smile. I want to reconnect to little pleasures of life while getting my hands dirty in the dirt!

I have been on a journey to learn Spanish for quite some time, so I will always welcome the opportunity to practice. I am just starting out with Portuguese and would love to learn more. I have experience teaching English in class settings as well as one-on-one and always love to help people improve their English.

I am a certified yoga teacher and avid partitioner. I also studied Spanish in university, although I am intermediate at best. I love to cook and I do love getting in a good groove of cleaning! I like working in the garden and growing my own food, but I am still a beginner there. I have experience taking care of elderly people. I am a quick learner.

Was noch ...

I am a through and through yogi and hope to find time and a space to practice daily. I love animals and have grown up surrounded by dogs as my mom runs a dog training business. I always carry a deck of cards and love to play a nice strategy-orientated game. In the summer, I love walking in the grass and in the fall, I love the sound of crunching leaves. I'm excited to spend more time outdoors! For sports, I like volleyball and tennis, and when I need to relax, I like reading.
