Hey everyone! So many things bring me happiness, I am a happiness seeker, lover and sharer! I would say the main things that bring me great joy are making art, sharing creativity, teaching people new skills, learning new things, music, yoga, nature, travel and just adventure and fun seeking in all forms! I am currently in the pursuit of learning Spanish, building my surfing skills and learning more about the culture of Mexico. I am an adventurous being and love joy in all forms, just a very happiness orientated type of person :) I love the art of Mexico with a big passion, a few years ago I completed an artist residency in Puebla all about the ceramic art of the Talavera, I would love to learn more about the typical way of life in Mexico as I am a highly curious person, always with a desire to learn more! :) I am open to any kind of role as just excited to develop my skills in all areas, hopefully we can find something that aligns! I have not used work away before but very keen to get started as I am at the beginning of my travels across Central and South America. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions :)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

So I do many different things, for the past 3 years I have been a primary school teacher so been teaching Maths, English, Science, Art, Geography, History, PE, RE, PSHE, DT, in short, I work incredibly well with children and I am confident in public speaking as well as leading a team. I am also an artist, I make ceramic sculptures and paint murals, this is something I have been doing for the past 6 years. I love encouraging creativity of all forms, this means teaching, creating and generally sharing my skills with anyone who wishes to learn. I can teach painting, portraiture, pottery, mural painting, anything creative really! I am curious about the link between music and creativity so created a podcast/radio show called Art to Art, this is where we have a heart to heart about all things art! I can assist with social media management as I have built my creative platform from scratch, as well as any creative guidance you may need! I recently organised and curated an exhibition in London of all the artists I interviewed on my radio show, so open to assisting with events management. I love being a teacher and a learner, I am always curious to learn new skills so open to anything you have to offer :) I have also worked as nanny for 4 years, worked as an assistant manager of a cafe, have an degree in Fine Art as well as a PGCE in Primary Education.

Was noch ...

I love to have fun, I love dancing, yoga and nature. I love talking and learning about other cultures though conversation and music. I love specifically folk art and artisanal crafts, I am interested in mythologies and what this helps us learn about cultures. I am a person in the pursuit of knowledge of all kinds, I love to travel as this ignites this desire for learning. I am currently travelling through Mexico, then to Central America and South America. I am so excited as I have been saving in my teaching job for the past 2 years and finally I am here! I hope to find a Workaway that suits my excitement and love of life! :)
