Hello! My name is Mariana, I am 23 years old, and I am an Osteopath in Portugal!
I love meeting people, learning new things, and dancing. I consider myself to be an extremely interested, friendly, and empathetic person. I love reading books and walking in nature. I am passionate about animals, especially dogs.
I enjoy stepping out of my comfort zone and challenging myself to evolve every day! The new challenge I have set for myself is to take a solo trip to Italy! With this trip, I aim to learn more about the culture, cuisine, learn to speak Italian, and discover more about myself!
I have done a lot of volunteering in Portugal, from helping in animal shelters to distributing food to homeless people, among many other activities!
I am excited about this new experience and looking forward to meeting you all!

Ciao! Mi chiamo Mariana, ho 23 anni e sono un'osteopata in Portogallo!
Adoro conoscere persone, imparare cose nuove e ballare. Mi considero una persona estremamente interessata, amichevole ed empatica. Amo leggere libri e camminare nella natura. Sono appassionata di animali, specialmente di cani.
Mi piace uscire dalla mia zona di comfort e sfidarmi a evolvere ogni giorno! La nuova sfida che mi sono posta è fare un viaggio da sola in Italia! Con questo viaggio, intendo imparare di più sulla cultura, la cucina, imparare a parlare italiano e scoprire di più su me stessa!
Ho fatto molto volontariato in Portogallo, dall'aiutare nei rifugi per animali alla distribuzione di cibo alle persone senza tetto, e molte altre attività!
Sono entusiasta di questa nuova esperienza e non vedo l'ora di conoscervi tutti!

- I have been living alone for 6 years, which has given me a lot of experience in handling household chores and fixing small problems that arise.
- I have always had pets, including a dog, birds, small rodents, and aquarium animals... so I am familiar with the care required when taking care of an animal.
- I have been responsible for planning vacations for the elderly, which has given me good organizational and activity planning skills.
- I have been in the healthcare field for more than 6 years, which has equipped me with the skills to take care of all kinds of people, from babies to the elderly.


- Vivo da sola da 6 anni, il che mi ha dato molta esperienza nel gestire le faccende domestiche e nel risolvere piccoli problemi che si presentano.
- Ho sempre avuto animali domestici, tra cui un cane, uccelli, piccoli roditori e animali da acquario... quindi conosco le cure necessarie quando si tratta di prendersi cura di un animale.
- Sono stata responsabile della pianificazione delle vacanze per anziani, il che mi ha dato buone capacità organizzative e di pianificazione delle attività.
- Lavoro nel campo della salute da più di 6 anni, il che mi ha dotato delle competenze per prendermi cura di tutti i tipi di persone, dai neonati agli anziani.
