My name is María José. I am Argentinean with Italian nationality, resident in Barcelona. I work in vertical jobs (rope acces) doing a little bit of everything, in construction, painting, repairing facades, as a rigger in shows. I also like climbing and cycling.
Me llamo María José. Soy argentina con nacionalidad italiana, residente en Barcelona. Trabajo en trabajos verticales haciendo un poco de todo, en la construcción, pintando, reparando fachadas, como montadora en espectáculos. También me gusta la escalada y el ciclismo.

Throughout my life I have done and learned many things. For starters I have a degree in Anthropology and have worked on archaeological projects for some years. Besides this, for many years I have dedicated myself to cooking, I don't like it very much, but I know how to cook well and I am very practical in organizing my work. I belong to an LGTBI cultural association where we promote and produce music and where we have a podcast production company.
In addition to this, I work as a rope acces technician. About 5 months ago I started in a company in Barcelona, which is very interesting because it teaches you to do many things. I know how to work building, painting and repairing, I would also like to get into pruning at height, but I haven't done it yet. Another job I'm doing (also in the ropes world) is setting up shows and circus shows.
A lo largo de mi vida he hecho y aprendido muchas cosas. Para empezar soy licenciada en Antropología y he trabajado en proyectos arqueológicos durante algunos años. Además de esto, durante muchos años me he dedicado a la cocina, no me gusta mucho, pero sé cocinar bien y soy muy práctica organizando mi trabajo. Pertenezco a una asociación cultural LGTBI donde promocionamos y producimos música y donde tenemos una productora de podcast.
Además de esto, trabajo como técnico de acceso a cuerdas. Hace unos 5 meses empecé en una empresa en Barcelona, que es muy interesante porque te enseña a hacer muchas cosas. Sé trabajar construyendo, pintando y reparando, también me gustaría meterme en poda en altura, pero aún no lo he hecho. Otro trabajo que estoy haciendo (también en el mundo de las cuerdas) es montar espectáculos y shows de circo.

Other things about me. I have worked with horses and I like animals very much. I like reading and writing, one of my great motivations to undertake a trip with Workawey, besides knowing and learning French, is to have more personal time to write literature and artistic projects that I have pending. I am especially interested in the Toulouse area, because I know that there is a lot of circus and cultural movement there. I would like to connect with all this and explore my potential in those fields.
Another thing I really enjoy is climbing and biking, I also look forward to finding partners to do it with and beautiful places to visit.
Otras cosas sobre mí. He trabajado con caballos y me gustan mucho los animales. Me gusta leer y escribir, una de mis grandes motivaciones para emprender un viaje con Workawey, además de conocer y aprender francés, es tener más tiempo personal para escribir literatura y proyectos artísticos que tengo pendientes. Me interesa especialmente la zona de Toulouse, porque sé que allí hay mucho movimiento circense y cultural. Me gustaría conectar con todo esto y explorar mi potencial en esos campos.
Otra cosa que me gusta mucho es la escalada y el ciclismo, también espero encontrar compañeros con los que hacerlo y lugares bonitos que visitar.
