Beschreibung

I am an optimistic and open-minded person who thrives on new experiences and adventures. I find joy in travelling, meeting new people - learning about different cultures and perspectives on the world. I love the outdoors and being surrounded by nature and really enjoy learning new outdoor skills and ideas. As a keen hiker and camper, I have spent time solo-hiking and with friends; walking the West Highland Way and wandering much of the Lake District as a few examples.
I enjoy incorporating mindfulness into my life as an important value to me, through listening to podcasts, practicing meditation and yoga, as well as reading and journalling.
I am excited by the opportunities and possibilities I will be able to experience travelling across New Zealand, having only been here for 3 months I am already captivated by the beauty of the country!

I am enjoying beginning to learn Korean. I have been able to learn to read and write the hangul and now working on improving my grammar and vocabulary. I am always keen on learning new things and would be willing to discover many new languages if the opportunity arose.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am experienced swimmer so anything to do with water will be no problem.
I enjoy cooking and cleaning and will always be very eager to help out any jobs relating to preparation or organising.
I have recently helped my family friend set up her art studio where we were installing insulation, setting up furniture and painting so I will always be keen to help with any construction or building.
I was a waitress for a year and enjoy social working environments where I have to interact with people as well.
I have worked as an au pair where I looked after two children, including; taking them to school, helping with homework, cooking for them and looking after them.

Was noch ...

I love documentaries and recently have been enjoying ones about animals and the environment, one of my favourites I have discovered is 'My Octopus Teacher' which I would highly recommend!

I play the trumpet and a few songs on guitar. I really enjoy music and dancing and love festivals. I had an amazing time at Glastonbury festival 2023 as it was a wonderful time to explore new music and the place is surrounded by amazing energy.

I have recently developed a passion for climbing, climbing with the UoA climbing society. I climb every week at their club nights and have also been able to go away on a weekend trip where we got to climb the outdoor rocks which was a lot of fun.
