Hi! My name is Maeve and I have been living in Vermont for a few years now. I graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Public Communication. I am a nature lover, who is looking for a community driven opportunity. I am looking to learn and connect, as well as seek time to reflect and spend time alone.

I am passionate about gravel biking, river swimming (swimming in any body of water), hiking, exploring, practicing yoga, cooking, making art and being creative, laughing, and learning new hobbies. I am up for any task in the garden, building, animal care, cooking and cleaning. I wish to have fun while working on fulfilling projects.

Nourishment, sun, movement, conversation, quietness, singing, and dancing all in one brings me happiness!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a hard worker and driven person. I have worked many seasonal jobs where I’ve done landscaping, outdoor event planning, cleaning, community development work. I’ve worked with many outdoor programs which focused on communicating to a target community. One of my favorite projects I’ve done is plan a big cold plunge event for the start of spring last year. I am passionate about cold water.

My current job is working for a Habitat for Humanity where I’ve done some volunteering days on our construction site. I’ve used power drills, pressure guns, table saws. With my position, I work directly with the families that Habitat builds homes for. I am an easy going, understanding, empathetic, upbeat attitude communicator, who is not afraid to speak for what’s right.

I am very keen on details, in my everyday work and my creative work. I love creative writing, drawing and painting, and having fun creative projects.

My mom loves flowers, so I grew up helping her in her gardens. I want to get my hands dirty and be out in nature primarily. I am very clean and organized, but I am also a creative thinker and go with the flow.
