I love music, art, surfing, hiking, cooking, reading, meeting new people and experiencing things that are foreign to me.

Beschreibung

Hey! My name is Lila and I’m from Montreal.

I speak English, French, Spanish and am learning Portuguese. I love travelling, nature, animals, meeting new people and learning about different cultures.

I am very good with kids, as I have babysat, tutored and taught swimming lessons. I’m also a certified lifeguard (first aid and national lifeguard).

I love to cook, garden and build things. I especially love creative and artistic projects:)

I adore the mountains, the beach and the jungle.

So far, I have travelled mostly in South America, I keep coming back and cannot seem to bring myself to go anywhere else, as it feels there is so much to see here. And I adore Spanish and Portuguese.

I play the drums and sing in a band, play guitar, paint, draw, write, do pottery and all other kinds of forms of art, and graduated college in cinema.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Last summer, I helped restore a bamboo house work in Mompiche, Ecuador. This consisted of varnishing, curing, wood cutting and handling large pieces of bamboo as well as a machete, drill and saw.

I have worked as a swimming instructor for kids from 1 to 13 years old, as well as adults, for over a year. I also worked as a lifeguard last summer and have been babysitting and tutoring for over 7 years. Because of this experience, I am good with kids and teaching in general. I am also a great helping hand, as I have helped my parents around the house since I was very young, cooking, cleaning, building and renovating. I also have helped my grandparents a lot with their Airbnb.

I work in the restaurant business currently, as a waitress therefore am able to communicate with and handle others well.

I am adaptive and am a fast learner. I also love people and work best in teams. I love working outside, and am very comfortable in the outdoors as I grew up spending much time in the Adirondack mountains, hiking, canoeing, camping, etc.

I am an artist and love anything abstract. I want to challenge ideals through my art and existence, and adore pretty much any form of expression. I would love to (and would most likely be suited to) work on art projects of any kind!

I am very creative and love to organize fun activities for people of all ages, especially for children.

I’m also interested in spirituality and self discovery.

I sew (machine and by hand), read books, draw, paint, make music (singing, drums, a little guitar), cook/bake, make jewellery and practice yoga :)
