Hello. My name is Laura and I am from Australia.

I previously found work via workaway while I was travelling through Europe (I worked on an olive farm in central Italy), however that was some time ago now. During the pandemic I decided it was the perfect opportunity to reactivate my workaway profile and engage with some local projects around New South Wales, Australia. I have recently moved to Canada for two years on a working holiday and am keen to break up my various seasonal jobs with some more workaway placements.

I love travelling, whether it be overseas or locally, and meeting interesting people. I think that the best way to get to know a place though is to live and work there, which is what interested me about workaway. I enjoy physical work and being outdoors, so I'm am particularly interested in farmstays and animal care.
