Hello :)

My name is Luisa, I’m 23 years old and I live and study in a small town in Germany.
From September until Christmas, I am taking some time off to explore new countries and escape the German winter.

I’m traveling solo and I’m excited to seek new adventures, meet people from all over the world, and immerse myself in different cultures.
I especially love connecting with others through food and shared meals — good company and good food bring me a lot of joy.
Besides that, I enjoy spending time in nature, practicing yoga, and hiking.

Through Workaway, I hope to grow both personally and professionally by learning new skills, trying out new ways of living, and supporting local communities wherever I go.
I'm open-minded, reliable, and always happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed!

I have loved languages ever since I started learning English in first grade at school. Through my travels, I have gained a lot of experience in speaking English in everyday situations. I’m not a native speaker or a professional teacher, but I would be happy to share my knowledge with anyone who is interested in learning or practicing English.

I have experience working with children through babysitting and volunteering.
I enjoy helping with gardening, simple farm work, and daily household tasks.
I love cooking vegetarian meals and sharing food with others.
I am organized, responsible, and always eager to learn new things.
I am also ambitious, a real team player, and I quickly get excited about new challenges.
I speak German (native), English (fluent) and al little bit French and Spanish.

Was noch ...

At home, I love having game nights with my friends or spending relaxing evenings by the lake.
Quality time with my family and friends brings me a lot of joy!

When it comes to hobbies, I used to play a lot of tennis.
Recently, I’ve gotten into cycling and playing beach volleyball.
In general, I’m very interested in sports and always excited to try out new activities as a fun challenge.
Maybe we can try something together — or play some board games! 🎲
