Hi! I'm Lander, I'm a Belgian who's passionate about languages, cultures and traveling. I teach Dutch to immigrants for a living.

I love getting to know people, their way of thinking, their life... It's so interesting how we're all different and we can all inspire each other. It's my pleasure to help people out while learning about their culture and way of living.

I'm an independent person. I love being in nature to cycle or hike around and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have experience with working with children because of my teaching job, (mostly ages 12 to 18) and get along well with them. During my last workaway I took care of 2 children (ages 3 and 6) for 3 weeks. I can teach any language I speak fluently (English, German, French, Dutch)

I am a patient and creative person. I'm problem-solving-minded and can withstand stress quite well. I have a strong sense of responsibility and like to help people. I love cooking.

I'm quite fit and am up to do physical handwork. I'm eager to learn new skills. I love traveling and I usually travel on my own, which has made me a self-confident and independent person.

Was noch ...

- I have done two Workaways, one when I was 18, in Germany, where I worked with younger kids (6 to 12), and one last year with a Polish family (see review).
- I don't have a driver's license.
