unterwegs auf Reisen
I'm a university student living on a beautiful part of the coast in central California. I study Biology and intern for a field research center in the Sea of Cortez. Originally from Santiago, Chile, I have spent a great deal of my life traveling solo or alongside my wonderful family. I am easy-going and friendly & am able to adapt to new environments quickly. I have travelled throughout the United States, mainland Mexico, Baja California, France, Germany, Hungary, Czech Republic, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy, Australia and Croatia.
Having grown up in rural Georgia and coastal California, I have gained a lot of knowledge and respect for nature. My main focus is working with marine life, being a helping hand on sustainable farms, or participating in water sports. I have a keen interest in gardening, zero-waste lifestyles, holistic medicine, culinary arts, freediving and sailing. My hobbies include scuba diving, hiking, yoga, film photography and cooking. I love being outdoors, learning new things, and immersing myself in unfamiliar cultures and environments.
I have had experience as a barista, waitress, au pair, cook, mustering, motorbike riding, gardening, making herbal medicine, fermenting foods, as a receptionist, and an adventure camp counselor. I'm also a PADI Emergency Rescue certified scuba diver and have experience leading kayak tours.
