Hi!
My name is Kaya, and i am from a small island in Denmark, called Bornholm.
Back home me and my family runs a small hotel, especially known to mountain bikers, climbers and runners from around the world.
This gives me a lot of experience in hospitality and people skills in general, together with an active living.

I recently finished my upper secondary education, where I majored in Social studies and English, which lead to a great interest in cultures around the world.

Last year I lived for a short time with a family in Bologna, and since then I've been looking forward to being part of another culture than my own, hopefully for a little longer period of time.

I love my home island with its old traditions and the island culture found in such small communities, and It would be a great experience to spot similarities and differences from my hometown to other communities.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

As mentioned before, i majored in Social studies and English, which make me fluent in English, and ready to teach others if wanted.

I have worked as a barista on one of the busiest cafes on Bornholm, called Kalas, for the past 4 years which makes me good under stress, as well as keeping a general view.

Working in the hotel-business, I have experience in cleaning rooms, taking care of plants and basic cooking

In the past winter seasons I have worked as a waitress at a hotel called “Griffen”
