Beschreibung

Half-Japanese born and bred in Singapore. Currently on a sabbatical year, I am looking for enriching experiences while exploring new places. I have been solo travelling for 3 years now, and love the opportunities to meet new people and find joy in even the "bad" days when things don't go as planned. I would say I am a curious person, and love to learn new things or gain a new perspective about everything - culture, psychology, economics, etc!

Experienced with dogs - including managing chronic illnesses common with senior dogs. I also love cooking and baking - I am often trying interesting new recipes online. I may not be a professional artist but I do enjoy some DIY crafts here and there.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Dogs - experienced with dogs, including chronic illnesses common with senior dogs. Did not gain veterinarian knowledge through school, but learnt a lot from my experience taking care of my senior dog (sending her for physiotherapy, managing her chronic kidney disease, dementia, ,etc.). I also frequently take care of dogs of family & friends while they are out of town. Recently completed a 1-month workaway at a dog shelter with more than 100 dogs too!

Children - good with children as I helped my aunt with her 3 children from birth till ~12 years old; engaged them in craft and learning activities.

Cooking/baking - picked up cooking by helping my dad in the kitchen from a young age. I enjoy cooking a variety of cuisines for loved ones but am most confident in Korean, Japanese and Western dishes. I also bake as a hobby; my latest obsession is baking bread!

Corporate skills - having been in the corporate world for a few years, I am good with admin tasks, organising events/activities, and helping to streamline processes using digital tools.
