Ciao!
I’m Jelena,
I recently graduated in foreign languages and literature. In October I will complete my seasonal job as receptionist on the beautiful Lake Garda and I'm looking for new exciting opportunities.
I'm still confused about what I really want to do in life and I’m not quite ready to settle down yet.
Every time I feel lost, travelling is therapeutic to me. Meeting people from all over the world and hearing their unique stories inspires me and motivates me to find my own path.
I was born and raised in Italy, but my family is originally from Bosnia. In recent years, I felt the urge to reconnect with my roots and culture and I embraced my dual-identity as a gift.
I think that shaped my way of being so open-minded and curious about other cultures.
As soon as I can I'm off to concerts/ festivals, living out of my backpack when I'm on tour with my favourite band is what makes me feel alive. Other than music, I'm also into art and this year one of my goals is learning to make pottery.

I worked multiple years in retail, food industry and hospitality. I also had a brief experience as a blog translator (German> Italian) and among all the jobs that I had, my faves were working as a barista as well as a sales assistant in a pet (food) shop.
I just completed a summer season working as receptionist/booking assistant at a campsite on Lake Garda where I was able to interact with people from all over Europe.

- animal care: I worked in a pet store where I got trained by vets on pet's needs (especially cats, I have one myself)
