Hola!

I'm from upstate NY, about 2 hours north of NYC and spent a large portion of my career in the mid west.

My background is in wellness and construction.

I learned the construction trade as an apprentice with the family business and used these skills on my properties, family projects and side jobs. I have experience using a variety of tools and building materials and can help with your home building needs.

I am now certified in solar energy and can assess energy needs, design and build systems. One day I would like to build a house powered by solar and live off the land.

I studied physical education and sports management and had a fulfilling career for 18 years. Areas of work are general fitness, rehab and sports performance.

I love to travel and the outdoors! I mountain bike, hike and recently picked up surfing and scuba. Some of my favorite places are the rockies of Colorado and Puerto Rico.

Projects
1. Built frames and installed two paintings.
2. Poured and finished concrete slab and built shed.
3. Plumbing - repaired water system including pump, expansion tank and pvc pipe, landscaping/hardscaping
4. electrical - repair outlets and install air conditioner and misc work
5. garage/office conversion - frame and install 6 windows, electrical - lighting and outlets, insulation, hang and finish drywall, install extension jams and window/door trim.
