Heya! I'm Frida:)

I have been volonteering for a few months now and I am completely in love! Staying a longer time in a place (at least a month!) and really get to know the people, the surroundings and the traditions on a deeper level, and really feeling like your work contributes, is one of the nicest things I've experienced! I'm currently on a two year sabbatical and want to continue this exploration all over!

After studying a variety of different crafts for several years (wood, textile, metal, arts, read more below) I've become a confident crafter and would say I can tackle most DIY projects;) I absolutely love turning "trash" into treasure buy using old materials you already laying around! And if you have some broken clothes, don't hesitate to tell me, I'll repair them! I really enjoy learning new crafts in basically any area. Building, animalcare, cooking! I collect recepies from my travels:D Spending time with the family and other volounteers also, aranging gamenights, workshops and picknicks<3

I love spending time outside in many ways through daily yoga, hiking, playing! Jumping in snow, climbing trees, building huts and fantasizing what creatures live in the forests! We play way to little in general:) On a walk I'm always that person who can't restist so psspssps if w meet a cat, and at a party u would rather find me on the floor with the dog;) A huge interest of mine is the swing dance lindyhop, dances to 20s jazz, I would love to teach anyone interested!!:D

Before my sabbatical I started my studies in prop making for film and theatre, with a special interest in puppetmaking, and will continue when I come back:)

in short, a calm and creative souls who loves a cat, a big cup of tea and a good climbing tree:)

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have studied a variety of crafts for several years and are comfortable with:
- woodworking (machines and hand tools), making easy constructions
- textile (sewing, mending)
- metal working (using an anglegrinder, easy welding, smithing)
- art ofcourse! Painting, crafting, anything generally creative

My favorite is working with recycled materials and trash! Using what you got instead of buying new is always more rewarding:)

I love finding and fixing small problems in your every day life, making it just a tad bit easier. What if we moved this thing there, put a sign here, added this thing on that. Also organizing, giving each thing its own place. Why make life harder than it has to be?

I have lived in three diffrent co-livings and thus know how to take care of a shared space. Cleaning, cooking, exisiting together and feeling the energy in the house. One day maybe doing some extra if some ones low, and vice versa.

I've owned cats my entire life and love taking care of them. I grew up with two rescue cats and learnt that with time and respect even they shyest cat can sleep in your lap. I did horse-backriding for 10 years in my childhood and love helping my relatives who lives on a farm. However can't say im very experienced in farm work in general but I'm a fast learner and will give it my everything. As long as you're willing to show me the work I am willing to learn!

I have a huge love for the swing dance Lindy Hop! Ive been dancing for several years and do both lead and follow. I would love to teach you!

I love anything regarding dragons!! I collect books and figures and just anything related haha

I'm also queer and would love to find hosts who support the community:)
