Hi! I'm Emma! 23 y.o. from Norway🇳🇴
The last couple of years I've spent travelling the world both alone and with friends. I love challenging myself and emerging myself in new experiences.
The upcoming year I will spend both working and travelling, and I'm looking to do some volunteering through Workaway.
When im not travelling, I work as an assistant in a short stay nursing home in Norway. Im trying to figure out what i want to do in the future, and think that working abroad can be helpful with that.
I love meeting new people and experiencing different cultures around the world.
Exited to start my workaway!

I've worked as an assistant at a short stay nursing home for over 3 years. The tasks mostly consist of helping our patients with daily tasks, food and training. Many of the tasks demands that i am patient and adapt to each person, depending on what kind of help they need.
In my hometown we have a cat rescue group, and for a couple of years i volunteered with them, making sure the cats did well and had everything they needed. Most of the cast that we took in were found outside. Therefore it was crutial to be calm an patient around them so that they felt safe, and eventually could be adopted.
