Heyy, I´m planning on going to Colombia in october and I am looking for a travel partner :) I am a very outgoing person and would love to share my upcoming adventure with someone for a couple of weeks

Heyy,
I'm Emilie, simply called Emi.
In 2022 I graduated from high school and decided to spend the fall in Ecuador to travel a bit before going to uni.
Nobody could know that these 3 months in South America have charmed me so much that now I have decided to postpone my studies for another time and to go on the road for 6 months this time.
While planning my trip I convinced my boyfriend Niclas to join me for 3 of those months :)

My workaway experience in Ecuador so far has definitely left me wanting more. My current trip through Colombia is already now reinforcing me that I made the right decision of coming back to this magicam continent ^^

Niclas and I are both what you can call social butterflies. We love going out together and will never say no to any adventurous acitivity.
Personally I am very interested in nature and love dancing with my whole heart (currently learning salsa ^^)
Niclas has a big interest in foods from around the world, cooking and music.
We are more than excited to share this experience with eachother and everyone me meet on our journey <3

As character strengths Niclas and I have always shown a very extroverted nature and creativity, I would even say this is the things that connects us most. Both of us flourish while meeting new people and being in an outgoing and social environment ^^

My very first workaway experince in Ecuador also has taught me a lot. I worked at a beautiful hostel in Mindo where i took care of the reception a couple of hours per day. I also worked in a hostel in Banos, my main task there was to help to clean the rooms and prepare them for the guests as well as helping a bit to renovate the second floor by helping with some woodwork. Between those two workaways i stayed a couple of weeks in a dog rescue center, which has been an amazing experience as well!
In Colombia I have been working as a bartender for 3 weeks which i truly enjoyed.

Niclas also has experience with barkeeping as well as with customer service in general because of his work in a restaurant. He has no workaway experience for now but is very motivated after hearing from my positive feedback :)
