I am currently at my hometown in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and Im looking for a nice place in Europe to work during the summer/autumn.

Beschreibung

I am an adventurous traveler eager to see the world and meet people from different cultures. I am originally from Mexico and spent the last 10 years living in Barcelona, where I graduated in various degrees in classical and contemporary music interpretation and composition,while working simultaneously as a music teacher in academies. I have worked in various areas in the hospitality sector such as concierge, receptionist, and bellboy in large hotels in Mexico. I also spent 5 months in Canada at the Okanagan Valley working in the countryside, harvesting cherries, tomatoes, peppers, and working in vineyards making wine and selling it in markets and fairs around Canada. I adapt easily and enjoy learning new things. I am very social, but I also like to spend time by myself, especially in nature. I have had many very good experiences in Workaway in Spain, and now I would like to visit new countries to get closer to different cultures and meet interesting people who can enrich my life, and at the same time, be able to contribute something to theirs.

Soy un viajero aventurero con ganas de ver el mundo y conocer a gente de distintas culturas. Soy originario de México y pasé los últimos 10 años viviendo en Barcelona, donde me gradué en varios grados en interpretación y composición musical clásica y contemporánea, mientras trabajaba paralelamente como profesor de música en algunas academias. He trabajado en diversas áreas relacionadas como el turismo como por ejemplo, concierge, recepcionista y bellboy en grandes hoteles en México. También estuve 5 meses en Canadá en el valle del Okanagan trabajando en el campo, cosechando cerezas, tomates, pimientos, y trabajando en viñedos haciendo vino y vendiéndolo en mercados y ferias al rededor de Canadá. Me adapto fácilmente y me gusta aprender cosas nuevas. Soy muy social, pero también me gusta pasar tiempo a solas, sobre todo en la naturaleza. He tenido muchas y muy buenas experiencias en workaway en España, y ahora me gustaría conocer países nuevos para acercarme a distintas culturas y conocer gente interesante que pueda enriquecer mi vida, y al mismo tiempo poder aportar algo también a la suya.

Through the positions I have held in the hospitality sector, I have a great ability to deal with people and attend to their problems or needs. As a concierge, I also sold ecotourism tours, mainly boat trips to pristine beaches, whale and dolphin watching, jungle routes, etc. In Canada, I gained a lot of experience in agricultural work, as well as in the production, marketing, and sale of wine to small and large businesses, as well as face-to-face with customers.

A través de los puestos en los que he trabajado en el sector de la hotelería, tengo mucha facilidad para tratar con la gente y atender a sus problemas o necesidades. Como concierge también vendía tours de ecoturismo, principalmente paseos en barcos a playas vírgenes, avistamiento de ballenas y delfines, rutas por la selva, etc. En Canadá adquirí mucha experiencia en las labores agrícolas, y en la producción, comercialización y venta del vino a pequeños y grandes negocios, así como también cara a cara con el cliente.

I am a true nature lover, especially of the sea, and I am motivated to explore all the beautiful corners of the world. I consider myself an organized and professional person, and I like to do things well. I am calm, not much of a party person, and I rather enjoy good conversations, board games, and sharing enriching experiences.

Soy un verdadero amante de la naturaleza, especialmente del mar, y me motiva conocer todos los rincones hermosos del mundo. Me considero una persona ordenada y profesional, y me gusta hacer bien las cosas.
