Hi! My name is Damayanti, i've been living in beautiful Venice for almost two years.
I've been a workawayer for one year now and i think it's one of the best choice i've made in my life. I travelled in Tuscany, working on the fields, pruning olives trees, cooking for all the amazing group of new people i met, doing a lot of different works inside of the house and outside. I've been to Piedmont, hosted by a lovely couple, helping on their beautiful project to renovate a big house surrounded by a lot of land, mainly working on the fields, planting baby plants in the garden and set up the greenhouses.
Then i moved two months in Croatia, helping in the kitchen in a "retreat house", enjoying the beautiful see and cooking amazing healthy food.
Something about me: after several years as a graphic designer, working both in agencies and as a freelance, i'm now taking some time to figure out what i really want to do. In recent years i've been feeling, more and more, the necessity to stay away from my computer and office, etc. and take more time for myself. I'm now truly enjoying the incredible place where i'm living, exploring the laguna and its hidden treasures. I've always felt this connection with nature, i'm a great observer and i like to get excited and emotional by small natural things. I also feel the desire to explore my abilities, immerse myself in new situations, get to know different realities and people, learn new things, and enjoy life and what it offers.
Recently i took a massage course and i'm now a Kobido masseur, i love to help people release their facial, neck and head tension.

I studied Design and Visual Communication at Politecnico of Torino, i worked as graphic designer and art director for many years, i still really like the world of art, photography and design. I also really like to take photos and videos.
I like to cook and prepare delicious vegetarian dishes for me and my friends. I like spending time outdoors, doing gardening work, picking vegetables in the garden, ecc. I am a very curious person and I am intrigued by everything that is manual, such as learning to make a vegetable garden, building with wood or clay, crocheting (I can make handmade beanies!) etc.
I babysit from time to time, for the past few months I have been looking after a one-and-a-half year old child and in the past I have also looked after older children, 6-7 years old.
I'm a great organizer, i manage things well, both in my private life and, for example, at work, managing time, projects, people, etc.

-Music! I'm a great listener. I like electronic music most of all, i like to dance and go to music festival.
-Reading:non-fiction, biographies and history books.
- Walking: i spend a lot of time every week walking around the city and in nature.
