Hello! We're Cris and Lu.
We're a couple who, in May 2023, traveled to Italy to start fulfilling some of our dreams and projects together.
We decided to emigrate in search of new experiences, meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, trying new foods, and acquiring new knowledge.
Cris is 30 years old and a professional photographer, while Lu is 27 years old and works as a Community Manager.
Our adventure as workawayers is primarily about connecting with new people and discovering new destinations. We enjoy the company and the exchange with others. We want to improve our language skills and gain new experiences.
We are vegetarians, and we love cooking and exploring in the kitchen. Cris is a fan of Indian food, and Lu is a natural tester for all of Cris' recipes! Lu also enjoys cooking but tends to follow recipes more closely.
We believe that the best things come from exchanges, so here we go!

We're Argentinians, and Spanish is our native language. Cris spent four months in Brazil and learned Portuguese. We've studied English in school and high school, and in these past few months, we've been studying and putting Italian into practice. We're excited to put our language skills to use and engage with people from different cultures during our travels!

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Cris has been a professional photographer for ten years, specializing in social events and content for social media. They have also been a Workawayer before and gained skills in gardening, maintenance, cooking, customer service at hostels, and even sales.

Lu is currently a Community Manager, with experience in more administrative tasks like customer service and reception. However, in the past year, they've focused on social media management and communication.

We've both prepared ourselves with some additional tools for this journey. We're also bartenders, and Lu has even taken a barista course to handle coffee. So we're ready for whatever comes our way!

Was noch ...

We dedicate a lot of time to our nutrition and well-being. We enjoy meditating and practicing yoga. That's why we also spend time in the kitchen!

Lu knows how to crochet and creates beautiful amigurumis and other items. At some point, they even started their own brand of dolls.

We have explored different professional options until we found what we truly love to do.

In both cases, we absolutely love traveling and discovering new places. We chose each other for this project and are excited to embark on this journey together.
