I have worked as an English teacher for many years, in many different countries.
When I'm not working, I love slow travel - if you're within Europe I'll probably arrive by bicycle. Using a bicycle as my primary mode of transport gives me an enormous feeling of freedom and independence, as well as being better for the planet.

I enjoy working outside and I am comfortable in hot weather. I also love living as part of a community and the learning experiences that this always brings.

I am particularly interested in:
- travel & learning about new cultures
- permaculture & growing food
- off-grid living and sustainable transport
- yoga & meditation
- non-violent communication
- veganism & non speciesism
- health & fitness
