I've always wanted to travel the world, experience new landscapes, cultures and food. I studied cultural anthropology focussing on food at university and have lived in Scotland for a number of years since then working as a chef. Food is really at the centre of my world and I think we can all be brought together around something delicious.

I love to paint and draw (particularly landscapes), practice yoga and surf when I get the chance. I am also a keen cyclist.
