Hello dear hosts! 😊

I’m Ruth, based in Berlin, and I’m excited to discover new places, take on exciting projects, and meet wonderful people! I have just finished my master's degree, and now I want to gain practical experience after this more intellectually focused time. I’m a creative, friendly and respectful person and I love to get to know different perspectives and cultures. I'm always happy to lend a hand—whether in the garden, the workshop, or with small renovation projects. I love learning new things and bringing my skills into play.

✨ My skills: As a trained clothing technician, I love experimenting with fabrics and sewing. So if you have any repairs, upcycling projects, or creative fabric ideas—I'd be happy to help! Through my studies I'm also trained with different computer skills.

🌱 My interests: I love spending time outdoors—gardening, cycling, or hiking. I’m especially interested in sustainable living and housing concepts, whether through permaculture, zero waste, or simply more conscious consumption. A few years ago, I also discovered my passion for pottery and ceramics.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am versatile, creative, and love working with my hands. As a trained clothing technician, I shape fabrics — whether for repairs, upcycling projects, or own creations.

I regularly enjoy cooking delicious vegetarian/vegan dishes and love trying out new recipes. Fresh ingredients, preferably from my own vegetable garden bed, are especially important to me.

I’m also skilled at working with computers: I’m proficient in Excel, Word, Canva, and Adobe InDesign — whether for creative design, organization, or data management.

A few years ago, I discovered my passion for pottery and love shaping unique pieces out of clay.

I also really enjoy gardening, especially growing vegetables. For the past few years, I have been growing my own vegetables in a raised bed. I’m still learning a lot, but I’m always happy to gain more experience and expand my knowledge! 🌱

I’m motivated to develop my skills, to learn new things! 😊
