We are a family of two: Mum (52) and daughter (14). We want to live close to nature and get involved with planting, harvesting and animals. My daughter is raring to experience life on a farm, work with animals (specially goats, sheep, horses, dogs, chickens, rabbits) and plants, be with animals, live close to nature, learn as much as possible.

(concerning our first reference: I am deeply disappointed. The hosts asked for help with the goats and other things, the "somewhat heavy" was put in after our stay.
For some bizarre reason they didnt consider her great work with the goats (she helped with milking twice a day), mowing a big area of long grass, our moving piles of branches or taking layers of old paint off a cabinet worth mentioning. They were considered good work at the time. The only thing we did not do due to the sheer impossibility was moving a soaked pile of clay. That is beyond my physical abilities. We cant do heavy physical work due to her age and my size and joint problems.)

We are looking for hosts that are appreciative of what we can give to make it a positive and a motivating work and learning experience for my daughter and myself.

I and we have travelled a lot, lived in different countries (Germany, Wales, Mauritius, Sweden (Lappland), Spain, Czech Rep.).

We have couchsurfing and (I ) wwoofing experience on Hawaii, in California and Swedish Lappland.

We Iove flowers, gardens and animals. We love hiking, swimming, climbing (she), being outside, handicrafts, music (piano).

This year my daughter and I would love to help with gardening, planting, growing and harvesting (flowers, vegetables, fruit), animals, meet people who live this kind of life and learn as much as we possibly can, connect to like minded people and families, explore beautiful nature and historic places.

We love being outside, hike, spend time in the forest...

We offer help with gardening, harvesting, animal care, conserving, and with whatever we can learn to do, with preparing meals, spending time with children. My daughter and I love spending time with children. She is very good at playing with younger children. And with dogs. She is interested in lots of animals and loves being outside.

She speaks English and German and would like to learn a new language.

We are looking for practical work experience, hands on learning, connecting to other families, finding good places to stay, live and help for longer periods, if possible.

I love to meet people, experience different cultures and to show my daughter the beauty of the world. We love nature, animals, children, singing, music , handicrafts, cooking healthy food, hiking, foraging, natural remedies, books, languages, I play piano. Interest in natural parenting and childbirth, children in nature without mobiles and screens, travelschooling, being in beautiful natural places, wildlife watching, natural healing, beautifying (flowers), and harvesting/foraging, walking barefoot.

We would love to live closer to nature, to plant and harvest and take care of animals. We love to be barefoot, experience the seasons, moon, stars and sun.

We used to live in the UK (Wales), have traveled and lived abroad, I have Wwoofing experience in Sweden and the USA, traveled in NZ, OZ, Europe, lived in Sweden, and the UK.
