Hallo! I am Annalena :)!
I am an 18 year old traveller from Germany and I have graduated this year from high school. Before I will start University, I am taking a gap year to travel the world 🌏 and to work a bit. At the moment I am working at a primary school in my home town, where I find it both rewarding and joyful engaging with the kids. There I will be working until January. After that, my travel journey begins in Thailand. 🇹🇭 There I will be staying from January until April (+ a short trip to Vietnam).
I would describe myself as a spontaneous, and very open minded person. I like adventures and I absolutely love to travel! + love to learn about different cultures and history.
I am looking forward to contribute positively on communities or projects, make new friendships and create wonderful memories! :)🌞

Was könntest du arbeiten?

- I love to work with children and I get along well with them. I will be happy to look after children and teach them for example English or German. In my current work at a primary school I engage with children on a daily basis.

- I am helpful around the household. I really enjoy to cook and to bake. But I also like to keep my surroundings nice, tidy and clean, so I can also help in this area.

- I love to work with animals. Especially with dogs, since me and my family own a dog, that I like to take care of. I was also riding on horses and working with them for a few years, which I really enjoyed.

- I am really interested in photography and video editing. I would definitely say it’s more of a hobby of mine. But I can definitely help with the basics. (I would love to get more experience in this area.)

I am a responsible person and I am always open and motivated to learn new things. And I love to help!

Was noch ...

I like hiking and walking and enjoying time in nature. I love the beach and the water and I like swimming, snorkelling and especially sailing (both on boat and board).
The whole year I look forward to go skiing. I absolutely love to ski :)

During my free time I like to do all kinds of sports (mostly dancing & swimming), read and create art (painting/drawing, diy, photography,…).
Food is also a big interest of mine. I really enjoy cooking and baking and trying out all kinds of different recipes. :) (Especially from the Asian cuisine + vegetarian 🌱) I am always happy to learn more and I enjoy cooking together.
I am fluent in the languages English and German (mothers tongue), that I am able to teach. I am learning Spanish and Polish and I am very interested in learning more languages.
