We're a czech-chilean couple of disenchanted neuroscientists who recently relocated from central Europe to Chile. We're eager to get to know Chile from a different perspective while traveling and working with our hands, meet locals and learn more about their traditions, eco-friendly gardening, working with wood and more.

Somos una pareja chileno-checa de neurobiólogos desencantados que recientemente nos mudamos desde Europa Central a Chile. Estamos ansiosos por conocer Chile desde una perspectiva diferente mientras viajamos y trabajamos con nuestras manos, conocer a los locales y aprender más sobre sus tradiciones, jardinería ecológica, trabajo con madera y más.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Our expertise outside of the laboratory stems from taking care of our own garden, enjoying deep talks, keeping the spirits high in face of adversity and learning fast anything that shows up. Pascal also enjoys carpentry, so he will be happy to share and learn more. Aneta enjoys photography and mindfulness meditation, so she will happily share some nice pictures from our stay (or you and your project), and possibly also the knowledge and practice of mindfulness.
We usually speak in English together, so we can offer help with learning/improving your English. However, Aneta would love to improve her Spanish, so we will be happy talking in Spanish only as well.

Nuestra experiencia fuera del laboratorio proviene de cuidar nuestro propio jardín, disfrutar de conversaciones profundas, mantener el ánimo alto frente a la adversidad y aprender rápidamente cualquier tarea que se nos presente. Pascal también disfruta de la carpintería, así que estará encantado de compartir y aprender más. Aneta disfruta de la fotografía y la meditación mindfulness, así que estará encantada de compartir algunas fotos de nuestra estancia (o de ustedes y su proyecto), e incluso posiblemente el conocimiento y la práctica de la meditación.
Normalmente hablamos en inglés entre nosotros, por lo que podemos ofrecer ayuda para aprender/mejorar tu inglés. Sin embargo, Aneta le encantaría mejorar su español, por lo que también estaremos felices de hablar solo en español.
