Hey, my name is Anabella and I’m 27 years old. I am an open minded, friendly person with lots of interests, especially in being creative. My friends beg me to start a career as an artist but I want to try multiple ways of being creative first😂

Back in Germany I was working as a waitress full time and I can’t tell you how much I loved my job, I really enjoyed getting to know so many different people while working with and serving them. But after 4 years doing that I wanted to change something so 3 month ago I quit everything and just started to travel… what can I say? I fell in love with Portugal, that’s why I ended up just staying here instead of moving on.

My family would describe me as an “all in or nothing” kinda person because I just do things that I’m passionate about.

The one thing I miss while traveling are my bikes but instead of cycling I started to hike and I would never expected me to enjoy it THAT much 😂 so next thing on my bucket list: buy hiking shoes and go for the Camino de Santiago.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I love everything that has to do with food and cooking, I mean I was working in a restaurant the last years 😉 and always inviting family and friends for dinner etc, so I would be more than able to help in and around the kitchen and I would appreciate to learn about local or your cultural food.

I did one internship each, in a primary school and a secondary school, and when I was still living with my family I was always looking out for my two younger sisters and also babysitting my neighbors kids, so I’m experienced with taking care of kids of all ages.

Buuuuuut I was always dreaming about living a more natural based life, to be honest I don’t have much experiences doing that except helping my parents with their garden but I’m really excited to learn how to farm, especially about permaculture, how to build, about animal care and all things that include a way of working with my hands. Saying that, I’m not afraid of getting my hands dirty, getting up early or to spend all my energy on everything I can be helpful with. Again: all in or nothing.
