Hi there!
My name is Alena. I'm 24 and last few years I'm living my wonder wander life.
Currently staying in a small surf village in Morocco.

I'm constantly on the lookout for something that ignites my heart. This year I was crossing South Pacific by a sailing boat then traveling around New Zealand by a van. Easygoing quiet simple lifestyle surrounding by an amazing nature that's all I'm falling for. Back to my country, I have participated in many nature reserves volunteer programs and I am sure that the experience that volunteering gives you is more valuable than money.

The feeling of freedom I find in traveling, meeting new people, and witnessing the beauty of our amazing planet make me truly happy. I want to continue exploring this world and built new skills in different fields.

I am currently actively working on improving my English so that I can speak it fluently. While traveling, I also started learning Spanish. Although it's not easy for me to learn languages, this activity is very inspiring, because it allows me to dive deeper into a new culture. I will be happy to try to learn a new language and, if necessary, help you learn my native language.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a medical engineer by training. Although I work in the technical field, I am a very creative person by nature. I can do a lot with my own hands and really appreciate manual labor as an idea.

I can help with the arrangement of the space, both with the design of the decor, and with some construction work. I find painting walls and working with wood (sawing, sanding, covering) very exciting. I enjoy working with plants, in my house I have a whole small garden of indoor and garden plants. 

I can and love to cook. For 4 months I worked as a cook in a surf camp, where we fed 80 people delicious and beautiful food every day. The kitchen for me is an opportunity to please my family, have a great time with friends, or immerse myself in the culture of the place where I am.

A skill I'm currently actively developing is photography, where I can use the camera lens to save precious memories and tell stories. 

There was one year in my life when I taught children dance and rhythm. I've been dancing for 19 years and I love it very much. And sharing something that really inspires you with your kids is amazing. The children and I easily found a common language and had fun.

For 8 years I have been a volunteer at a shelter for homeless animals. During this time, I learned how to care for dogs, cats and a little bit of horses. In addition to walking and feeding, I can give pets injections, pills and a lot of my love.

Everything I wrote above is interesting and important. But I consider my main skill to be the ability and desire to learn new things. I hope to add to my list of skills in the near future.

Was noch ...

I love the ocean and surfing. I love to make coffee in the morning, and then drink it, enjoying the tranquility, quiet conversation and the atmosphere of waking up. I love music always and everywhere. I love to smile and I love people who smile. I like to take pictures on film and develop it after a few months, remembering my amazing adventures. I love long walks and hiking. I love playing board games. I love watching sunsets and good movies.
