Hi! I'm Alis, an avid traveler with a passion for meaningful cultural exchanges and helping out wherever I can. I love immersing myself in new environments, meeting amazing people, and learning from different ways of life. With a flexible and open mindset, I’m always excited to contribute my skills, while also gaining new experiences along the way. My day job is a paramedic and I am always ready to geek out on anything medical.

I’m hardworking, reliable, and enjoy taking on new challenges. Whether it’s working on a farm, helping with eco-projects, or assisting with daily tasks, I’m ready to pitch in with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

I’m an adaptable and enthusiastic individual with a background in paramedicine, which has equipped me with strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As an avid traveler, I’ve gained valuable transferable skills such as cultural awareness, flexibility, and a positive attitude toward new challenges. While I may not have much experience with DIY, I’m an optimistic learner who’s always eager to pick up new skills. Whether it’s assisting with daily tasks, providing care, or helping in a hospitality setting, I’m excited to contribute and learn from every opportunity.

In my free time, I love to stay active and engaged through a variety of hobbies. Hiking is one of my favorite ways to connect with nature and explore new places—there’s nothing like the peace and accomplishment that comes with reaching a stunning viewpoint after a long trek. When I’m indoors, I enjoy diving into a good book, whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or something in between. Reading allows me to constantly learn and escape into new worlds. I’m also a big fan of board games, especially ones that challenge strategy and creativity. I love the social aspect and friendly competition that comes with gathering around a game table with friends.
