I'm motivated to learn, experience and see new things. I've been working summer jobs since I was 14 years old, and love it. I'm motivated by doing something I love, where I can learn and gain new experience. Usually this includes being out in nature, working physical jobs and especially being with animals. It might sound like a cliché, however I do am motivated by doing a good job. I may be a perfectionist, but I love succeeding in what I do, no matter if it be working or studying.

Growing up, I spent most of my summers at my family's summer place out in the archipelago, taking a boat to work and enjoying the amazing sunsets on the way back in the evening. When I wasn't working, I spent most of my waking time at the local stables, doing anything and everything with the horses. I can surely say that just being at the small island in the middle of the archipelago without running water or electricity brings me more happiness than anything in the world.

I have been speaking both English and Swedish since I was little, and through attending the International Baccalaureate (IB) my English grew even more. Languages come easy to me, which is why when I spent a few months in Central America, I quickly learnt some Spanish. I've always been surrounded by so many languages (Finnish, English, Swedish, French) due to my family and friends, it's something that I've become really interested in.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have a lot of experience working with horses, both from horseback riding since I was about 7 years old, and also through leading horse camps for other people. I am comfortable around them, both riding and handling them on the ground. I'm a quick learner and if I have my mind set on something, I will do it.

I used to work in the stables in the morning and at a restaurant during the evenings, so I am very used to working longer days, especially when it's something that I enjoy doing. Working outside is something that I really thrive doing, so that's a plus too.

Was noch ...

I love to be active and do stuff, no matter if it's playing a board game or going hiking - anything that isn't sitting around on a phone scrolling. Growing up, I used to play outside and in the sea all summer long, going fishing and being at the stables and working. I'm really not one to take it easy, unless of course I have good company to just sit and talk to or enjoy a good book. The Finnish mindset and quiet woods help me calm down, and I've found that same feeling around the world as I've been traveling - which is something I love to do.
