Beschreibung

Hello! We are Sarah and Zoe, a couple excited to explore the world through workaway. We both love nature, meeting new people, and immersing ourselves in different cultures.

We both spend most of our free time building a community around us, wich supports us all. We feel happiest when we can connect with others and make a positive impact in the places where we live and visit. We really fell in love with this way of living together when we spend several moths working at a permaculture community in Italy. After this we went on and experienced different community based sustainable living projects around Germany, and now we wanna see how the rest of the world does it!

Whether it’s helping with farming, building, or supporting community initiatives, we’re eager to lend a hand wherever needed. We are also both University educated Childcare Professionals with lots of practical experience if that's more what you´re looking for.

We value kindness, open communication, and creativity, and we’re always ready to share our energy and passion for making the world a little bit better. We can’t wait to meet hosts and fellow travelers who share these values!

We bring a diverse set of skills and experiences that we are eager to share with hosts.

-Childcare (Professional): We both have experience working with children (10+ Years), providing care and creating safe, supportive environments.

-Cooking and baking: We love cooking, especially preparing healthy, homemade meals. We are always excited to try new recipes and share our culinary creations.

-Animal Care & Expertise: We have a strong love for animals and experience caring for various types of pets and farm animals.

-Riding (Sarah): Sarah is passionate about horse riding. She also works part-time as an instructor on a holiday horse stable

-Creative Skills: We are both creative in different ways. Sarah enjoys sewing and handcrafting, while Zoe loves drawing and artistic expression.

-Olive Harvesting: We have hands-on experience in olive harvesting, a skill we truly enjoy and value as part of sustainable farming practices.

-Community Organizing & Event Planning**: We have been involved in organizing and running community events.

-Solidarity Café : We run a solidarity café Event in our neighborhood, which we concepted, organized, and now manage together. It’s a project close to our hearts, as it brings people together through shared meals and solidarity.

-Simple Handwork (Building, DIY Projects): We enjoy working with our hands, whether it’s building simple structures or doing DIY repairs.

-Building Tree Houses: We also have experience building wooden structures in trees and climbing!

We are always open to learning new skills and challenges, and we’re excited to bring our diverse abilities to your project!
