Merci de m'avoir lu. Je m'appelle Yuuichirou, je suis japonais et j'ai 30 ans. Actuellement, j'apprends le français, mais je pense pouvoir communiquer en anglais pour les conversations quotidiennes. J'ai obtenu un visa vacances-travail, donc soyez rassuré(e).
Au Japon, j'étais chef de cuisine dans un restaurant. J'ai choisi cette profession parce que j'ai été profondément impressionné par le mariage entre la cuisine et le vin. C'est une culture qui se complète mutuellement, et je souhaite l'explorer davantage. De plus, j'ai obtenu une certification de sommelier et j'ai perfectionné mes compétences au fil des ans.
Je voyage à travers la France pour réaliser mon rêve : découvrir le vin de Bourgogne, la cuisine et la culture française que j'aime tant.

En tant qu'ancien chef de cuisine, je vous garantis de pouvoir préparer de délicieux plats. Bien sûr, je peux aussi cuisiner des plats japonais, mais j'aime aussi créer de nouvelles recettes avec les ingrédients disponibles sur place. Vous pouvez vous attendre à de belles surprises culinaires !
Mes hobbies :
J'adore la randonnée et les voyages. De ce fait, je suis habitué aux travaux physiques et aux efforts, et je suis certain de pouvoir vous être utile !
Thank you for taking the time to read my message. My name is Yuuichirou, I'm Japanese and 30 years old. I'm currently learning French, but I believe I can communicate in English for everyday conversations. I have already obtained a working holiday visa, so please don't worry.
In Japan, I worked as a head chef at a restaurant. The reason I chose this profession is because I was deeply impressed by the combination of food and wine. It’s a culture that enhances both elements, and I’m eager to learn more about it. I also obtained a sommelier certification and have been honing my skills over the years.
I’m traveling through France to fulfill my dream of discovering Burgundy wine, French cuisine, and the culture I love so much.
My strengths!
As a former head chef, I guarantee that I can provide delicious meals. Of course, I can prepare Japanese dishes, but I also enjoy creating new recipes with the ingredients available on hand. Please look forward to it!
Hobbies

My hobbies are traveling and mountain climbing.
In Japan, we also have beautiful and rugged mountains called the Japanese Alps. I've heard that France also has wonderful mountains, and I would love to take on the challenge of exploring them. I have quite advanced mountaineering skills, so I can offer support as well.
I am an energetic person who loves travel, mountains, and cooking. Thank you for your consideration!

During this stay, I’ve had numerous invaluable experiences as a chef.

It’s not a classic French manor but a modern, spotless luxury home. It was so comfortable that I couldn’t help but relax.
He was very respectful of my interests. My best memory was when he took me to the villages of Beaujolais and let me taste plenty of wines. It was truly a valuable experience.
