Hi, my name is Valerio. I'm a 28 year old freelance photographer and parks/forestry worker for my city. My main passions in life are fishing, gardening, foraging, cooking, camping, mountain biking and of course traveling! I find great joy in being able to live off the land as much as I can and repurpose things that would otherwise be viewed as trash. I love being resourceful! I have a few more interest / hobbies but I’ll save that for when/if we meet! I get inspired by others who are exploring new possibilities and are excited to learn new things.
Hopefully we are able to meet and I can tell you a lot more about myself and hear about you as well !

Was könntest du arbeiten?
I've had a pretty wide array of jobs over the past few years and can honestly say I've really enjoyed and learned a lot from each of them. So, I started out in the culinary arts world and worked in 3 Italian restaurants. As a line cook and a head pizziaolo. I've worked as a sales rep as well for a food importing company that specialized in Italian products. A head pasta maker (pastaio) for a couple years as well. Ive worked for my cousins landscaping and design company for a few years as well on and off (mainly in the summer). Ive worked and helped out on a few farms in my Provence as well. Doing mainly garden work and a few animal chores. I also have a vegetable and herb garden of my own that I've been very into since I was 15!
Im not afraid of hard work and love getting my hands dirty, especially if its in the garden or building things ! Id say I pick up on things pretty quickly so any new tasks I'm faced with I'm all in and focused on how to get the job done efficiently and properly.

I'm very easy going and love meeting new people to experience life with! Always down for an adventure! If you're into fishing, foraging, gardening, camping, hiking, mountain biking, cooking etc hit me up !
I want to try and explain my reasoning for why I love travel so much. For me its mainly based on 4 things; To experience and immerse myself in culture (cuisine, music, language, and the people that make it all possible etc ), meeting new people and hearing their stories, getting out of my comfort zone and last but not least photography and to see this beautiful world!
