Beschreibung

Nature makes my heart most happy - above all else. I'm most in my element when I'm helping out in a natural setting or working with my hands. I'm keen and handy with power tools, and I love DIY projects and any creative outlet - from pottery to painting.

I'd love to expand on skills related to interior design, furniture making or carpentry, sustainable living, gardening, artwork, animal care, rock climbing or language exchange. That said, I have many years of content marketing behind me, specifically web writing and SEO blogs, so I can help in this area as well.

I'm very flexible, take on new experiences happily, and get along with people and animals. I enjoy an active lifestyle, healthy eating and feel my best when I can go for a run or morning yoga.

I tend not to step on toes unless it's due to clumsiness. I'm mindful of what others need and also like to recharge quietly at times.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

- I've been working in content marketing for over seven years, specifically focussing on SEO writing and websites. I can provide marketing assistance, but also work in creative writing. I can proof and edit work too.

- I love interior design and decorating, and I have a diploma in decorating. I can help with design ideas.

- I'm a DIY enthusiast and love to hone my skills with woodwork as well as carpentry. I know basic power tools and can safely operate a large number of these. For those I'm unfamiliar with, I might need a quick crash course in how to use them, but I generally learn quickly.

- I'm an eager (although relatively green) climber. I can help out at a climbing gym or to guide complete beginners.

- I am fit, healthy, and able to do manual labour farm tasks and anything animal-related - but please, no slaughtering.

- I have had many pets, so I can easily care for cats, dogs, fish, and birds. I will need to be guided on bigger animals. I have horse riding experience.

- I'm relatively good with kids.

- I love cooking and learning about new cuisines.

- I have experience in managing a guesthouse (which I did for a year in Stellenbosch).

- I can bartend and waiter thanks to my days working in bars during university.

Most of my passions I've already mentioned, but I'll just give them another nudge -

Anything outdoorsy - from hiking to cycling to rock climbing. I love trying new things.

I have a passion for dancing - so if I can learn more of any style, it would be an enormous plus
