Beschreibung

We are Tashi and Monty, a couple from England who are travelling around Central America for 6 months, looking for rewarding, challenging and inspiring experiences. We are easy-going, smiley people, who love to meet others from around the world and really get to know the cultures of the countries we are travelling in.

We are interested in developing our understanding and experience of community projects that work with and celebrate the natural world. Our interests include permaculture, carpentry, farming, cooking, sustainability and more... We also love playing card games, backgammon, chess, reading, drawing and painting.

I (Tashi) have a high level of Spanish but am always looking to improve and Monty is also learning at a beginner level. We are very keen to learn new skills and be guided by others, as well as sharing our own knowledge and skills.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I (Tashi) am a qualified teacher (primary and TEFL) and also have some experience in carpentry work. I am very interested in living sustainably and strive to do this both at home and on my travels. I also have some knowledge of natural medicines and foraging in the UK and am very keen to learn more about what nature can provide for us around the world.

I (Monty) studied Civil Engineering and have some building experience and practical skills. I recently built a small cabin in our garden at home which I really enjoyed as I like working with my hands and have a practical mindset. I am keen to learn about working with the land and plants as well as sustainable practices.

We are both very interested in learning more about permaculture, sustainability, carpentry, farming and building a community.

We are both very keen learners and hard workers and are looking forward to gaining new skills as well as sharing our own knowledge with others.
