Hi there! I am Tara (32). I have a big passion for traveling. I went to New Zealand a few years ago with a working holiday visa, and had the most amazing time! So I decided to quit my job, and do the same thing in Australia and Canada now that I have the last chance (because of my age)!

I have worked the winter months in Revelstoke, BC and am now going around different places in Canada to see as much as possible in the time I have here, and hope to do some workaways on the way :).

I am a caring, resposible, easy going, patient and reliable. I have a kind and calm personallity, and can be friends with anyone :). I have worked different jobs in the past like housekeeping, reception work, horticulture work and fruit picking. I work well and am always open to learn new things.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

-I studied animal care and did internships in a zoo and a big wildlife sanctuary, and I have done petsitting a few times
-When I was in New Zealand for 1.5 years I worked in fruit picking, on a hop farm, on an avocado farm, in hostels as a housekeeper and at the reception
-My last jobs at home were at a refugee center for the Ukrainians. My work both exists of reception work (helping the Ukrainians with questions, computer work, taking phone calls, selling basic products at our little shop, sorting post, receiving visitors and externals) and logistical work (assembling beds, bringing furniture to the units, cleaning, fixing problems) and working in a sports center (cleaning, receiving people and helping them with any problems, keeping watch)
-I am the oldest of 4 children, so I took care of my siblings and have done babysit jobs when I was younger. I have also worked in a kinder garden as a logistical employee

  I have a small allergy to dust mites, dog and cat hair and wasp stings, but nothing bad. (I have also lived with cats all my life :p) I have had a rash after having to take peniciline as a baby, so I had a reaction to this medicine
