Beschreibung

I am an agriculture teacher and specialist in sheep farming. In addition to my teaching, I ran my own practice where I helped individuals through mental coaching. My work is closely connected to nature, which provides me with a sense of balance and clarity. I draw on this environment to guide my resilience and burn-out prevention programs, helping people regain focus and build personal strength.

My aim is to help people unlock their full potential by discovering their hidden strengths, improving communication, and fostering teamwork. I believe in the importance of perseverance and always encourage others to keep pushing forward, no matter the challenges.

While I enjoy working with people, I also appreciate time alone for reflection. I am highly sensitive to the dynamics around me and can easily pick up on underlying feelings, which helps me connect with others in a meaningful way.

After living in Belgium for many years, I am now exploring new places to live. The world offers many opportunities, and I am eager to find where I can feel truly at home and continue to grow both personally and professionally.
