Hey I'm Simone, 26 years old and a midwife :)
I'm very excited to enjoy my newly regained freedom to dance my feet off in Cali for a couple of month while meeting many nice people to have fun with and get into interesting conversations.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I am a very hospitable person (I have also worked a lot as a waitress), who likes to take care of people and make sure that they are happy and are feeling welcome.
Moreover I have taken care of houses and I think I have an alround look, so mostly the places didn't blow up ;)

As I enoy being outside in nature, I really like working in the garden, will say weeding, planting, harvesting, cutting.. everything it includes. I don't have special knowledge in this, but I am very interested in gaining so:) Especially permaculture interests me, since I have the longterm goal to have an own small permacultural garden.

I have experiences working with animals, mostly horses, as I have been riding for more than 10 years and afterwards worked in the stables. But I have also done an workaway on an organic dairy fam working with cows and then recently with some sheep which I also loooved.

I speak german, english (In the past I have been teaching voluntarily (not on professional base)), spanish and french (the latter I would like to improve).

I also have been spending time with children in one workaway and it has worked quite well, but this is not my main passion.

Was noch ...

I just passed my final exams for being a midwife, so now I officially have a Job I love!
But before starting to work I want to take some time out, which I would like to fill with dancing and maybe diving hopefully.

I enjoy nice company and can be a very talkative person, sharing interesting thoughts and inspiring experiences as well as just some fun and simple conversation, but I also like to be quiet sometimes and have alone time.
I love laughing (okay I guess who doesn't) and like to go on adventures and leave my german comfort zone.
I've always lived in shared flats and also in a community before, so I don't mind the hostel vibes for long time.

I'm really looking forward to spending a great time in Colombia!
