Beschreibung
We are a German-Danish couple that lives in the Norwegian countryside. Both of us moved here for a simple lifestyle close to nature.
Selina was involved with a permaculture garden project for the past seasons learning about regenerative agriculture and worked as a teacher in sustainable tourism at our local university. In her free time she enjoys being out in nature to pick wild edible plants and eager to learn more about using them in the kitchen.
Joachim works as a teacher in outdoor activities and nature guide. He is a very happy, energetic and adventurous person and has a very positive attitude towards new people and challenges. In his free time, he is often active in sports, nature experiences and boardgames. He also appreciates the good in life such as good food, good company etc.
We wish to go on a little adventure this autumn and chose to come to Italy to learn more about Italian food and farm life.
