We are traveling through Asia this year. We are interested in helping out with any projects and meeting people on the way! Right now we are in Vietnam.

Beschreibung

My name is Signe.
I'm a 24-year-old dane, currently on her fifth gap year (how did THAT happen?) - I've been trying to find my purpose in life and find the exactly right shelf for me for years and am still looking!
In the meantime I have worked a number of different jobs, with people and media, at schools, day cares and as personal assistent for people with disabilities.
Last year I moved to iceland and lived an worked for one year - the best year! I have since February been traveling on/off, in the US, Europe, Iceland and - now - Asia!

I have decided to resume school this summer (a degree to do with either humanities, entertainment, media or art!) but until then I'm trying to make the most out of my time, traveling and trying to find (and connect with) like minded people and projects.
When traveling, I can only sightsee for so long... until I get bored... I long to contribute, help and improve around me, so I would love to contribute to whatever projects you have going on!

I feel the very best, meeting and socializing with a lot of people as well as delving into creative projects, having deep meaningful conversations, sharing music, culture, film and arts, cooking and sharing delicious meals.

That basically sums me up. I am super curious on the world and eager to get to know new people. Eager to make a difference in the world, contribute to a greater cause, feel alive, feel impactful, truthful, authentic and honest. Kindness and compassion are virtues I highly value. As well as curiosity and open-mindedness.
I love feeling productive, so im sure you'll find me helpful for whatever projects you have going on! Im a hard worker :) I will gladly cook for you too!

MY SKILLS:
Throughout my youth I have spent a great deal of time pursuing arts, music and "humanities" (as in school subjects)...
I sing, play the piano and clarinet, can draw pretty good portraits, paint and do some graphic design. I'm pretty good with a camera, filming and editing video (I have produced television programmes for a small local tv-station). I am fairly okay at overall tech and computers (at least I'm the one, my family goes to for help...not sure how much that says... xD).
Overall I'm a respectful (and some say) nice human being, good with keeping a conversation, taking my share of the work and being around kids. I also cook pretty well.
I am passionate about interior design, organizing and optimizing spaces and would LOVE to help with projects like that.



PREVIOUS JOB EXPERIENCE:
I care a lot about being a good worker and my work moral is high. I feel a big responsibility toward doing my very best in work situations. I ALWAYS take my share of the work load.

In most recent years I have worked as:
- a personal helper/assistant for people with disabilities
- a social media manager/content creator for a small start-up business
- a kindergarten teacher/assistent in a danish & Icelandic kindergarten and nursery,
- a substitute teacher at an international school
- a "television producer" at small local television station
- overall assistent and video editer at local theater
- babysitter, piano teacher, football coach, choir singer
