Beschreibung

Hey :) We´re a young family who decided to take one year time for us to travel and to find new ways for ourselves. So we´re going to take a train, travel to Southern Portugal, get some bikes and ride up the Atlantic Coast.

I am Sarah, 27, German: I´ve been working at a store who sells fairtrade products for four years now and giving workshops in schools about sustainable and just living. My passion is telling and writing stories, improving my knowledge about wild herbs, plants and trees, gardening, etc.
Along with me, there´s Esa, my partner, also 27, who came from Afghanistan about 10 years ago and has been living in Germany since then. He works at a cook, but is a really good hands-on DIY-guy who loves to try out things and has a lot of patience when building or fixing something.
Our daughter Finja is 2.5 years old and a little sunshine with her own will. She loves animals and is a very curious girl who likes to experience new things.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

Esa: He has been working as a cook for a couple of years now, but before in Iran he earned his money by sewing suits. When repairing or building something, Esa has a lot of patience to think of creative solutions, just try it out and teach himself.

Our common passion is gardening which we did as a hobby for a couple of years now.

Sarah: I did a 72h Permaculture Design Course a couple of years ago, I have certifications in wilderness education and wild plant education and I just love to write: Articles for magazines, stories and everything. I also did a little course in bee keeping but would like to deepen my knowledge.

Was noch ...

Maybe this is the right time for us to learn playing the guitar a little bit if there´s anyone out there willing to teach us, what we both have planned but not yet realized :) I´ve been playing the piano, French horn and trumpet, but more with love than talent ;)

Apart from that we love to explore our surrounding by bike an foot and just enjoy our life! I´m especially looking forward to beautiful sceneries and small villages with local markets.
