Hello!

We're two childhood friends, Ruth and Sandra, in our second Work and Holiday Visa, fulfilling our dream of living in Australia.

We are looking for a welcoming home where we can start our adventure in Cairns and provide you in exchange with our help and skills!

We have previous experience doing Workaway and absolutely loved it. We did some chores such cooking (we love food and know delicious Spanish recipes!), cleaning and decluttering, some painting and gardening, teaching and babysitting (which we have loads of years of experience)

We consider ourselves as possitive, enthusiastic and friendly girls, and we love meeting new people and learning new ways of thinking. We absolutely love music, nature, cinema, a good talk, animals, learning languages...

I hope this personal introduction gives you a sense of our personalities and how we'd fit right into your workaway experience and help you out with the tasks needed.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

As in Madrid we live on our own, we know how to cook delicious meals, keep things tidy and organised... We're also eager to learn gardening or any other tasks that come our way.

Ruth is a certified teacher and is interested in education and new ways of teaching; she also plays guitar and sings, so if you're interested, she'd be happy to share these skills. On the other hand, Sandra is an experienced financial advisor, well-versed in numbers and savvy savings strategies. She has been an extracurricular support teacher for children for years, and she also has an A2 level in French, which might help if you want to learn French basics.

Given that we're Spanish, we can offer you the opportunity to learn our beautiful language! We'd love to help you improve your Spanish skills if you're interested.

We have a keen eye and taste when it comes to aesthetics and social media, thanks to our teenage blogging adventures. Additionally, we both have driving experience and are comfortable behind the wheel, so transportation won't be an issue.

We're eager to be part of your journey and share our skills and friendship with you. Let's make this experience not just productive but also a lot of fun!

Was noch ...

We love trying new sports and hobbies. Ruth is into yoga and pilates and Sandra into climbing and running. Where we were raised is a very green area, so we love nature and taking walks with our dogs in the woods. We both are coffee lovers- indeed, Ruth went to a coffee workshop last weekend. We also enjoy playing games like Dixit or card games. We both love ecology and learning sustainable ways of living. We also like looking for new recipes and try them out!
