Kia ora! I was born and raised in New Zealand, and a couple of years ago I moved to London on my own in search of new experiences and a bit of adventure. That decision completely shaped my life—I ended up making lifelong friends, exploring 17 countries, and falling even more in love with the idea of connection through travel. I love my home country and am a big rugby supporter. I try to watch the All Blacks wherever I am in the world! So if you’d like to learn more about the beautiful Aotearoa (New Zealand) in exchange for sharing your own culture, traditions, or way of life, I’d love that kind of exchange.

My greatest passion is cooking and baking and I’m happiest when I’m in the kitchen, creating meals that bring people together. Whether it’s a cozy home-cooked dish or a sugar filled treat, I love the way food can connect people and create a sense of community.

I’m naturally curious, open-minded, and always eager to lend a hand, whether it’s trying something totally new or pitching in with everyday tasks. I really value being part of a shared exchange and learning from the people around me. I am adaptable, reliable and willing to help.

While most of my professional experience has been in the corporate world, I grew up on a farm in New Zealand—so getting my hands dirty and pitching in with physical work comes naturally to me. I'm comfortable outdoors, enjoy working with my hands, and I understand the value of reliability and a strong work ethic.

I'm particularly interested in roles involving vineyard or olive/fruit harvesting, gardening, cooking, and general help around the house or property. I have a genuine passion for cooking and baking, and love preparing food for others. The opportunity to learn from others is also something I truly value, as it allows me to expand my skills, discover new techniques and traditions, and connect with people through a shared love of food!

I’m passionate about making the most of life and love learning through new experiences—especially when it comes to traditional foods and cooking across different cultures! In my downtime, I enjoy board and card games like Settlers of Catan, Articulate, and Monopoly Go, especially with a bit of friendly competition (and a glass of wine). I love Pilates and really value staying active and maintaining a healthy balance, both mentally and physically. I also enjoy a daily walk and exploring new scenery. My profile photo was taken on my walk along the Able Tasman in New Zealand - the water really is that blue! When I need to recharge, I’m happy to unwind with a good movie or series. A few of my top recommendations - The Prestige, Atonement, The Gentlemen.
