Hello,Hola, I’m Rosie and I’ve lived in London, UK for the last few years but grew up in a little village near Oxford. I am a keen volunteer, especially combining it with traveling! Some of my favorite memories are from trips to Borneo and Fiji where I was part of teams working on construction projects. These experiences were a chance for me to gain a deeper understanding of the people by immersing myself in the culture.
My love of the outdoors led me to study landscape architecture and I am interested in people's connection with nature and food. An enthusiastic, positive and practical person - I believe strongly in the exchange of time and skills.

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I have wide-ranging interests and so enjoyed studying the IB which further sparked my interest in cultures other than my own. Through my degree in landscape architecture I have knowledge and skills in the areas of ecology, landscape design and construction. Previous trips have given me practical experience in concrete and wooden construction. I also enjoyed working at a summer camp for foreign students learning English. My more recent work experience involves community engagement and project administration and I give my best when working in teams.

Was noch ...

I love being active - running, hiking and yoga. Recently have taken to swimming at my local lido. I'm up for most activities and have done kayaking and canoeing in the past.

I also enjoy cooking, and baking even more so (I have a real sweet tooth!). When I feel like doing something more relaxing I like to read.
