Hi! Salut! Hola! Merhaba! 안녕!

I am khaoula :)

I am from Morocco, born and raised there. I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in English Studies in Casablanca before moving abroad to do my Masters in English Language and Literature. I pursued my studies and school internships in Morocco, Lithuania, Poland and Turkey. During all these exchanges, I have had the opportunity to travel around Europe for the first time in my life and experience so many new, exciting and thrilling things that has changed my life forever. Later on, while working online as a freelancer I decided to embark on the journey of solo travelling and volunteering starting from Turkey, followed by Sri Lanka, Malaysia and currently now in Indonesia. I am planning to travel long-term around South East Asia and explore further this mind blowing part of the world which has my heart already.

Some facts about me :)

I am a food junkie who loves eating and trying out foods from all over the world.
I love dancing my heart out to Reggaeton, Afrobeats and Brazilian funk.
I love languages, I speak fluently Darija (Moroccan dialect) which is my native language, French, Modern Standard Arabic (I can also speak some other Arabic dialects such as the Levantine), and English, Spanish (Intermediate), Turkish (Beginner notions)
I used to study Korean back in college (Planning to resume it soon!)
I am obsessed with working out (my favorite sport you ask? Body combat!) and eating clean (But I do sometimes get tempted each time I walk by McDonald's)
I love baking.
I find joy in connecting with like-minded and inspiring people who share my passions.
I love having deep meaningful conversations.
I love having a get-together with friends and family over delicious and tasty foods.
I am obsessed with personal development books, you will always find me (most of the time) walking around with a book in my hands.
I love talking about things that matter.
Simple things like watching the sunset and sunrise and walking/dancing under the rain.
I love my 'me' time and those self-care days when you absolutely do nothing but literally just feeling yourself and pampering it to a whole new level.
I love listening to Jay Shetty's podcasts while sipping on a lemon ginger detox tea at 6 am in the morning.
I love trying new things= I am a YES person.
I love floating on the water while contemplating the beautiful blue skies and reflecting on my life and dreams.
I love being out in the sun, nature and by the beach.
I love listening to old romantic Mexican songs of Los Panchos
I love colors....

And the list goes on :D

I just love life and grateful for every second of it❤️

Was könntest du arbeiten?

I graduated from the department of English Language and Literature and have been since then mainly teaching English and French as well. I have also worked as a salesperson, an account manager for a trading company, a tutor, a tourist agent, a freelance translator, graphic designer and voice artist, so all in all I can help with teaching the languages I know, creating art pieces, diy and crafts, and since I love cooking and especially baking I would be more than happy to assist with kitchen-related tasks. I have previously volunteered in Turkey, Sri Lanka and Malaysia and my tasks revolved around helping with general maintenance of the hostel and guest assistance, kitchen tasks, gardening, reception duties, bartending, renovations and art-related tasks.
