Tätigkeiten, die mich interessieren:

I'm taking a gap-year in which I want to visit as many different countries as possible. There I want to learn about animals and how to take care of them and farm life in general.

Beschreibung

I'm 18 years old and I just finished school. I grew up in Weiden, a town near Munich, Germany, which has a perfect balance of city and nature. The city is great for shopping and hanging out with friends in one of the many cafés, whereas the beautiful nature is perfect for going on adventures with my dog.
Ever since I was young, I wanted to be a veterinarian so I could help and befriend animals. I've already gained a bit of experience with animals from my three guinea pigs, Lilly, Nina and Sparky, and my dog Toffee.
Now I want to take a gap-year to experience the world from other perspectives and learn new skills. I really like working with animals and the outdoors in general.
After this gap-year I want to start my training to become a veterinarian and fulfill my childhood dream.

I have a little bit of experience with handling animals from my own pets, a short internship at a veterinary clinic and previous Workaways.
I'm very eager to learn new things, I'm reliable, I am very commited to the wellbeing of the animals and fulfill my tasks with accuracy. I'm also not afraid of doing physical work as it will be great practice for my future profession.

I enjoy reading, singing and any creative hobby, especially crocheting. I’m also quite fit and enjoy physical work.
