I intuitively follow my passions and I love learning from new cultures and authentic people. I am creative, independent and curious with an innate facility to connect and learn from others. I experience my life with joy and I always try to find a reason to smile.
I am eager to help others and enjoy life from a natural, simple and relaxed approach. I try to live to the fullest.

Teacher by profession, passionate about cooking, traveling and photography. I am a healthy living seeker, tireless traveler and adventurer in constant need of new places , looking for inspiration and meaning.
After many years working with children as an advocate educator ,I quit my full time job to dedicate my life to my own growth .
My deepest passion is nutrition and holistic therapies . I am currently studying naturopathy and I am willing to share my knowledge and experience with others.
One of my biggest dreams is combining education and nutrition with some kind of project to help the world raise happy, free and healthy individuals.

Thanks to my adventurer parents I was lucky to travel the world , discovering the beauty of other places. I have enjoyed unforgetable moments in different countries, around amazing people and environments.

I enjoy a good conversation, a book at the beach, a yoga class, hours and hours creating new recipes, cooking and learning about food properties and health. I am a nature and animal lover , a sunset catcher, an intuitive educator....
I do not like people who complain or rush.
I try to live every single moment of my live with no expectations . It is not easy..
I accept all type of challenges and experiences that make me grow to be the best version of myself.
