Hi, this is Pui! I was born in culturally-rich Hong Kong and have been living in the very diverse Toronto, Canada for most of my life. I have a Master's degree in Engineering, was in the Canadian Reserve Forces for 5 years, worked for some biggest companies in the world, and have started my own Environmental non-profit.

On the personal side, I love teaching and have tutored Math, Cantonese, and Mandarin to my students anywhere from 3 year old to 50 year old! I also love playing and coaching soccer, and have worked in summer camps with kids from age 8 to 13, it was a lot of fun!

A few years ago I left my job and started a new life – explore the world, connect with people, and be curious about things around me. Now at 38-years old, I am so excited to learn about the Workaway platform as it seems like a great way to exchange skills, culture, and laughter!

I am friendly, kind, and thoughtful. Years of professional work has shaped me to be very responsible and love to get the job done. I am a social introvert – when I am quiet I like to do activities like yoga, meditation, reading and making art, but I can also be social and connect with others in gatherings and social settings. Being active is very important for me, and cycling, soccer, hiking, kayaking, and jogging are some of the things I enjoy.

I also enjoy cooking, and besides the like of pasta, salad, and burgers, I make really good Chinese stir fry and noodle soup. I have experience in preparing meals for 8 people for over a year.

I don't smoke and don't drink, love to eat healthily and have healthy habits!
